Customers book a driver in chat. Drivers accept jobs in chat. You run it all from your own phone or the admin app. Drivers get their own installable Driver app to sign up and take jobs. Customers never need an app (add one later if you want).
Create my booking assistantSay hi, share the pickup location, pick one-way, round trip or outstation, see the price, confirm. They get the driver's name and number, and updates as the trip moves.
Share a location pin to go Available. The nearest free driver gets the request with Accept and Reject buttons, then runs the trip with one tap per step.
Get an alert for every booking. Assign or reassign a driver, cancel, add drivers and record payments by typing a short command, or use the web admin for rates and invoices.
Distance or hourly one-way pricing, round-trip hour packages, outstation per day and a night charge. The customer sees the full price before confirming.
Pickups outside your service area are politely declined, with the cities you cover.
One driver at a time, nearest first, with a short time to answer. The search widens the longer a booking waits, and bookings for later are held until shortly before pickup.
Drivers confirm how the customer actually paid. You always see who holds the money and who owes whom, and can record settlements as they happen.
Customers talk to your business number, not ours. Connect your WhatsApp Business account from the admin when you're ready.
Drivers apply in the Driver app (licence and ID photos), you approve them, and they get and run bookings there too. You also get a booking website with a fare estimator and download buttons. A Customer app is an optional add-on you switch on in Settings.

| 10mins | Building it yourself | |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | ₹0 | A developer, a WhatsApp integration and months of testing |
| Time to first booking | The time it takes to fill a short form | Weeks to months |
| What you pay after the 14-day trial | ₹499 a month plus 5% of completed trips, with no cap on the 5% | Hosting, maintenance and fixes |
| WhatsApp messaging fees | Charged by Meta to your own account | Same |
The price customers pay includes a 5% platform charge, shown as one line, so it adds up on the bill. Meta bills WhatsApp conversation fees directly to your business account.
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta, which takes a short setup in your Meta Business account. Until you connect it, the assistant runs in a test mode and nothing is sent to customers.
No. You add their WhatsApp numbers, they message your number once and type "available", and that's it.
WhatsApp shares a one-time location pin, not live tracking. Drivers send a pin when they go Available or move to a new area, and dispatch picks the nearest by that pin.
No. Customers pay the driver in cash or by UPI to the id you set. The driver confirms how they were paid, and the Money view keeps the ledger.
The customer is told we're still looking, you get alerted, and you can assign a driver yourself or cancel with a reason.
It's the model many acting-driver and "driver on demand" companies already run by phone and WhatsApp, with the dispatching done for you. Customers keep their own car; the driver drives it.
Fill in your business, your cities and your rates. You can change everything later.
