10mins.co does not verify your liquor license or perform any legal compliance review — you are responsible for holding a valid license and following your state's alcohol delivery laws.

To help you operate responsibly, every customer on your app will be required to self-declare their date of birth and upload a photo ID before they can place their first order, and every rider will be required to confirm they checked that ID at the door before an order can be marked delivered.

How should your app open?

This is what your customers see the first time. They can switch it themselves any time — and you can change it later in Settings.

Only the starting point. Every customer gets their own day/night switch inside the app, and once they use it their choice is what they see from then on. You can change this default any time under Settings → App appearance.
