works — so it is started up and looked at, screen by screen, before
anyone's customer ever sees it. If a screen comes up blank or broken, the
change goes back to be fixed and tried again instead of shipping.

simply does not appear until we can hand the AI a true copy of your real
website and customer app. Starting it off with a blank template would make
it build beside your product instead of on it, which is not worth shipping.

What can I actually change with 10minsAI?
Anything about how your app looks and behaves for your customers — screens, wording, colours, layout, new pages, new features of your own. What stays with 10mins is the part that has to be shared: who your customers are, how payments are taken, and the record that a sale happened. That boundary is what keeps your customers, your drivers and your money safe while everything else is yours to change.
What happens if the AI breaks my app?
It does not reach your customers. Every change is built, booted and opened in a real browser before anything ships. If a screen comes up blank, shows an error, or does not render, the change is sent back to be fixed and tried again. Only a change that passes goes live. And your live app is never edited directly — the AI works on your own separate copy.
Does 10minsAI touch my customers, my orders or my money?
No. All of that lives in the 10mins platform, not in the copy the AI edits, and it is reached through a single fixed doorway that cannot be widened by anything the AI writes. Your app can ask the platform to book a ride or take an order; it cannot reach another business's data, and it cannot change what a sale was worth.
Which 10mins apps support AI customisation?
Seven today: Cab & Ride, Parcel Delivery, Home Services, Grocery Delivery, Laundry, Food Delivery and Alcohol Delivery. Your customisation copy starts as an exact copy of your real website and customer app, so the AI is changing your product rather than building beside it. The remaining apps are being added; they do not show the option until their copy is a true copy.
What does 10minsAI cost?
₹5,000/month once billing begins. It is in early access right now, so there is no separate charge on top of your existing plan yet — you will be told before you are ever actually charged. That price is set from what it genuinely costs to run a customised app for you, not a guess.
Can I undo a change, or stop using it entirely?
Yes. Ask for the opposite in the same box and it ships the same way. And you can remove your customisation copy completely from your admin panel — your app, your customers and every order stay exactly as they are, because none of that was ever in the copy.
