Your town's own food ordering app

List every restaurant around you, take delivery, takeaway and dine-in orders, run your own riders — and set your own commission. The big aggregators charge restaurants a fortune to reach the street they're already on. Be the alternative.

Three ways to order, one app

Most towns don't just want delivery. They want to collect on the way home, and they want to stop waving at a waiter. All three run off the same menu.

Delivery

The customer orders to an address, the kitchen accepts and starts cooking, and a rider is dispatched timed to when the food will actually be ready — not the moment the order lands. Live map the whole way, and a handover code at the door.

Takeaway

Order ahead, skip the queue, collect at the counter. No rider, no delivery fee, no address — and for a restaurant with no delivery of its own, it's the whole reason to join your app.

Dine-in QR

A printed code on every table. Guests scan, order from the same menu with nothing to install, and the table runs a tab across starters, mains and dessert until somebody settles it.

Whatever your town eats

Cuisines are tags a restaurant picks for itself, and customers filter by. Add your own — these are just the ones that come ready.

Riders sent when the food is nearly ready

A rider dispatched the second an order arrives stands in a kitchen for twenty minutes watching it cook. Yours are matched from the restaurant's location when the kitchen actually starts cooking, so the ride and the cooking overlap.

  • Nearest free rider, auto-assigned, with a confirm code
  • Unclaimed orders return to the pool in ninety seconds
  • No riders of your own? Hand delivery to a partner fleet

Restaurants run their own orders

Each restaurant you list gets its own login. They keep their menu current, mark a dish off when they run out, flip "we're slammed" during a rush, and accept or decline each order themselves — so you aren't the middleman for every question.

  • Sizes and add-ons — half/full, spice level, extra gravy
  • Veg, egg and non-veg marks on every dish
  • Prep time per dish, so only the slow ones need thinking about
At the table

Scan, order, run a tab

Print a code for each table. A guest scans it and is straight into that restaurant's menu — no app to install, no address to type, no waiting to catch someone's eye. Rounds stack onto one tab until it's settled.

  • One open tab per table, however many rounds
  • Orders land in the same kitchen screen as delivery
  • No delivery fee, no packaging charge, no rider

The customer

Knows exactly where dinner is

The single most-asked question in food delivery is "where is it?". Every stage is stamped as it happens — accepted, cooking, picked up — and the rider's position is live on the map until the handover code is read out at the door.

  • A code only the customer sees, so nobody else can close an order
  • Saved addresses, repeat orders, veg-only mode
  • Installs to the home screen — no app store, no download

Two numbers, and that's the whole model

You decide what each restaurant pays you. We take a flat share of what actually flows through the app — and never hold a rupee of it.

You charge each restaurant
Your rate — you set it

Set a commission per restaurant, not one blanket number. Give the popular biryani place a keener rate than the new café if that's the deal you struck. Every order snapshots the rate it was billed at, so changing it later never rewrites what someone was already owed.

10mins charges you
5% of tracked sales

Billed on a rolling cycle, only on orders that actually completed. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, nothing until you're taking orders. Customers pay through your payment gateway — their money never routes through us.

Three steps to live

The wizard takes about ten minutes. Adding your first restaurant takes about five more.

1

Name it and pick a look

Choose one of two designs and your colour. You get your own address — yourname.10mins.co — provisioned automatically.

2

Add your restaurants

Each gets a starter menu you can edit, and its own login so the kitchen takes it from there.

3

Open for orders

Add riders, print your table codes, connect your payment gateway. Share the link and start taking orders.

What owners tell us

From operators running local marketplaces on 10mins.

Eleven restaurants signed up in the first fortnight, mostly because I could show them they'd keep more per order than they do on the big apps.

RV Rohit V. · Nashik

The table QR was the thing that sold it. Two of my restaurants joined for dine-in alone and only turned delivery on a month later.

SK Sneha K. · Kochi

I was worried the kitchens wouldn't use it. They mark dishes off themselves now — I haven't fielded an "is this available" call in weeks.

Questions owners ask first

Do I need my own restaurants to start?

No. You list restaurants that already exist in your town. Each one gets its own login to manage its menu and accept orders, so you are not typing anyone else's menu in for them — and not answering for their kitchen either.

How much commission do I keep?

You set your own rate per restaurant — the default is 15% and you can change it for any restaurant individually. 10mins bills you 5% of the sales that flow through your app. Your customers' payments never route through us.

Do I need my own delivery riders?

You can run your own riders with the rider app included, or connect a delivery partner through the Partner API so orders are dispatched to their fleet instead. Restaurants can also offer takeaway only, which many prefer to begin with.

What is dine-in QR ordering?

Each table gets a printed QR code. A guest scans it, orders from the same menu with no app install and no address, and the table runs a tab across several rounds until it is settled. The orders arrive in the same kitchen screen as everything else.

How do restaurants get paid?

Payments go through your own payment gateway, not ours — 10mins never holds the money. The app tracks what each restaurant is owed after your commission, so settlement is a number you can read rather than a spreadsheet you maintain.
