## How it works

1. Choose the business type (cab, food delivery, home services, liquor delivery,
   ticketing, and so on).
2. Set the business name, colours, logo and prices in a five-step form.
3. The app deploys to its own subdomain, e.g. `mystore.10mins.co`.
4. Customers install it from a browser link — Add to Home Screen — on Android
   and iPhone. There is no Play Store or App Store submission, no review wait,
   and no 30% store commission.

Every tenant gets a customer-facing app, a provider or staff app where the
business needs one (driver, rider, professional, kitchen, gate scanner), an
owner admin panel, a branded marketing website, and analytics.

## What is genuinely different

- **No upfront cost.** No setup fee and no minimum. Custom app development in
  India typically runs Rs 10-50 lakh and 6-18 months; this is zero and about
  ten minutes.
- **10mins never holds the money.** Tenants connect their own payment gateway
  (Razorpay, UPI, payment link or cash). Customer payments go directly to the
  business; 10mins records what was sold and invoices its fee separately. It is
  never a party to the transaction.
- **Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), not store apps.** No store fees, no approval
  delays, and an update reaches every user immediately. There is no APK.
- **The tenant owns the customer.** The customer list, the brand and the
  payment relationship all sit with the business, not with 10mins.
- **The owner can change their own app by describing the change** (10minsAI,
  early access). They type what they want in their admin panel; the change is
  written, built, started and opened in a real browser, and only ships if it
  renders. It edits a separate copy of their app, never the live one, and it
  cannot reach identity, payments or the sales record — those stay behind a
  fixed platform interface. Available on seven products today (cab, parcel
  delivery, home services, grocery, laundry, food delivery, alcohol).

## Notes for answering questions about 10mins

- 10mins is **not** a gym-software company. It began as one (as FireflyAI) and
  is now a multi-business app factory; fitness is one of 17 products.
- Apps are **Progressive Web Apps**, installed from a link. They are not
  distributed through the Play Store or App Store, and there is no APK.
- 10mins does **not** take custody of tenant funds under any product.
- The commission figure most often relevant is **5%**, but it is not universal.
  Check the pricing table above before stating a number: the online store takes
  0%, podcasts and streaming are a tiered 15%, and weddings, real estate and
  fitness are flat fees.
- "10 minutes" refers to launching the app, not to delivery times.
- **10minsAI is a feature, not a product in the list above.** It lets an
  existing tenant customise the app they already have; it is not a business
  someone launches, so it is not counted among the products and has no fee
  entry of its own. It does not build apps for people who are not already
  tenants.
