How long does it take to launch my rental app?
About ten minutes. You name your business, choose cars, bikes or both, pick a colour and create your login. Your app goes live on your own web address straight away, with an optional sample fleet so it never looks empty.
Can I rent both cars and bikes from one app?
Yes. Cars and bikes sit in one fleet and one booking flow. You can switch either one off at any time if you only want to rent one kind of vehicle.
How does pricing work for customers?
You set an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rate for every vehicle, and the app automatically charges the cheapest fair option for the booked duration. You can also add kilometre plans with an extra-kilometre rate, a home delivery fee and a refundable deposit.
Do I need to take payments through 10mins?
No. Customers pay you directly through your own UPI or card account, and 10mins never holds or touches your money. You add your own payment method from the admin panel.
How do you stop two customers booking the same vehicle?
Availability is worked out from your real bookings, so a vehicle that is already booked for a time window cannot be booked again for it. If you own three units of one model, the fourth booking for the same window is refused.
What does 10mins charge?
There is no upfront cost. 10mins bills a 5% commission on completed rentals once a month, and that monthly bill is capped. After a 14-day trial there is also a flat monthly platform fee.
Can customers install it like an app?
Yes. Your website and your app are the same page, so customers can book in the browser or install it to their home screen. You also get a separate Admin app to run your desk from your phone.
How do I check a customer's documents?
Customers add a driving licence photo and a selfie once, and you can require them before any booking. You review them inside the booking before you approve and hand over the vehicle.
