Event Booking

Stop selling tickets over WhatsApp.

Launch your own booking app for films, gigs, comedy, plays, sport and days out — with real seat maps, a gate scanner that works without signal, and a login for every organiser you list. Ten minutes, no upfront cost.

No card. No setup fee. 5% of what you sell, and nothing when you sell nothing.

Everything a box office needs

Not a form that emails you. A real booking system, with the parts that usually cost a developer six months.

Seats that cannot sell twice

Two people paying at the same instant can never get row F seat 4. One is told immediately and nothing is charged — guaranteed by the database, not by hoping.

A gate that works offline

Staff pull the list at the start of the shift and scan without signal. A repeat scan says when the ticket was first used, and a queue that flushes twice can never admit anybody twice.

Organisers get their own login

They manage their events and see exactly what they earned, what you kept and what is still owed. Your cut is recorded on every booking as it happens, so changing a rate never rewrites what somebody was already owed.

AI fills in the boring parts

Photograph a poster and the name, venue, dates and price come back filled in — for you to check before anything goes on sale. It drafts the About text too.

Every city you sell in

Customers pick their city and see only what is on there. Add a city whenever you expand — nothing to rebuild.

Numbers you can act on

Which shows fill and which sit empty, when people actually buy, how far ahead they book, and how many get as far as checkout and stop.

Twelve kinds of event, all built

Switch on what you sell. Each one comes seeded with a working example, so your app is never empty on the day it launches.

Live in ten minutes

Five questions, and your app is on the internet at your own address with example events already in it.

1

Name it

Your brand, your web address. We check it is free as you type.

2

Pick your look

A colour, light or dark, and your logo. The preview updates as you choose.

3

Start selling

Add an event, give it a time and a price, and it is on sale. Your customers install the app from your own site.

Front Row

You pay when you sell

No subscription, no setup fee, no charge for the months you run nothing.

5%

of what you actually sell. That is the whole price.

  • Your own app and web address, hosted and maintained.
  • Seat maps, the gate scanner, organiser logins and the Partner API.
  • Your customers' money goes straight to your own payment gateway. We never hold it.
  • Refunds come off before the 5% — you are never billed on money you gave back.

Questions

Do I need a payment gateway to start?

No. Cash at the venue is always offered, so you can take bookings from the first minute. Add Razorpay, UPI or a payment link whenever you are ready and customers can pay online too.

Can I list other people's events?

Yes — that is the default. Each organiser gets their own login to manage their events and see their earnings, and you set your cut per organiser. It is recorded on each booking as it happens, so changing a rate later never rewrites what somebody was already owed.

What happens if two people book the last seat at once?

One of them gets it and the other is told straight away, before anything is charged. The seat is claimed in a single database operation, so there is no window in which both can succeed.

Does the scanner need internet at the door?

Only to pull the list at the start of the shift. After that it decides on the device and sends the scans when it has signal. A ticket sold after the list was pulled is checked with the server rather than refused.

Can my customers get it from the App Store?

It installs straight from your own website to the home screen and opens like any other app, with no store needed. If you later want a real Play Store listing, your app is already built as a proper installable app, so it can be packaged for one.

What does the AI actually do?

It drafts. Photograph a poster and it reads the name, venue, dates and price off it; type an event's name and it drafts the details and the About text. Everything comes back as a draft you check and apply — nothing goes on sale on its own.
