What stops a rider marking something delivered when it is not?
A handover code from the recipient, plus a delivery photo attached to the job. Both are on the record afterwards, and the pickup end works the same way with its own code.
Do my riders need the Play Store?
No. The rider app installs from a browser link on Android and iPhone. There is no store account to run and an update reaches every rider at once.
