What Taxi & ride app actually is
A local travel agency running twelve cars has the drivers, the customers and the local knowledge, and none of the software. This gives you the software without giving away the business: riders book on an app with your name on it, your drivers accept on theirs, and the fare is whatever you decided it should be. Dispatch offers each ride to the nearest eligible driver in turn, with a visible countdown, rather than dumping it into a free-for-all where two drivers turn up at the same pickup. Most people who land here have already decided they need something like Uber, Ola or Rapido to stop losing bookings to an app. This is that — a cab service app with live dispatch, an OTP-verified pickup and a fare the rider sees before booking — except the fares are yours to set and every rupee of them reaches you.

From the admin panel you can reassign a ride, release it back to the pool, or cancel it outright — at any status, including one already in progress.

Questions people ask
Can I build a taxi app without any coding?
Yes. You fill in a five-step form — your business name, your fare structure, your vehicle types, your colour and logo — and the rider app, the driver app and the dispatch console are all generated for you. It takes about ten minutes and there is no code at any point.
How much commission does 10mins take on each ride?
5% of the fares it tracks, billed to you as a periodic invoice. Riders pay you directly through your own payment gateway or in cash, so the full fare reaches you first and 10mins is never holding your money.
Do I set my own fares?
Entirely. You set the base fare, the per-kilometre rate, and a separate rate per vehicle type. A hatchback and a bike can price completely differently, and you can change any of it later from the admin panel without anyone reinstalling anything.
What stops two drivers turning up for the same booking?
Dispatch offers a ride to one driver at a time. That driver sees a live countdown of how long they have to accept, and only when they decline or let it lapse does it move to the next nearest eligible driver. The open pool is a last resort after everyone has genuinely passed, not the first step.
Do my drivers need to download anything from the Play Store?
No. The driver app installs from a browser link, the same way the rider app does. There is no app store account to maintain, no review process, and an update you make reaches every driver immediately.
Can I use it for outstation and rentals, not just local trips?
Yes. Fares are yours to define, so an outstation rate or a package rate is just another vehicle type and rate you configure. Bookings work the same way whether the trip is five kilometres or five hours.
Can I make an app like Uber or Ola for my own city?
That is exactly what this is for. You get a rider app and a driver app under your own name, with live dispatch to the nearest eligible driver, an OTP-verified ride start and live tracking.
