On the roadmap

Recurring deliveries that manage themselves

For milk rounds, tiffin services and any box that goes out on a cycle — with pauses, skips and a schedule the customer controls. On the roadmap, not built yet.

Not available yet. Subscription box app is on the 10mins build roadmap and is not something you can launch today. Everything described below is planned, not shipped. If you need to be live this week, the apps listed at the bottom of this page are built and taking signups now.

What Subscription box app will be

A daily milk round or a tiffin service is not a shop — the order is standing, and the only real events are pausing it for a week and skipping a Sunday. Handling that badly is why these businesses run on a phone call and a diary. The planned subscription app makes the schedule the product: the customer pauses when they travel, skips when they are out, and the round adjusts itself. It is on the roadmap and not built yet. Milk rounds and tiffin services looking for what Country Delight, Milkbasket or BBdaily built, at the scale of one route, arrive here.

Planned: standing orders

An order that repeats on its own cycle rather than one the customer has to place every morning.

Planned: pause and skip

A customer travelling for a week pauses it themselves, and the round adjusts without a phone call.

Planned: cycle billing

Billing on the cycle rather than per delivery, with skipped days credited properly.

What you can launch instead, today

Selling products directly

The online store ships today with a full catalogue, checkout, GST invoices and shipping — and takes zero commission on your sales.

If it is really daily grocery delivery

The kirana grocery app ships today with a stocked catalogue, delivery slots, your own delivery boys and a handover code. It handles one-off orders rather than standing ones, but for many rounds that is enough to start.

On-demand and local services

Cab and ride hailing, parcel delivery, home services, food delivery and licensed liquor delivery are all built and taking signups. Each launches in about ten minutes with no upfront cost.

Questions people ask

Can I run a milk or tiffin round on 10mins today?

Not as a standing subscription — that is on the roadmap. The kirana grocery app is live and handles daily ordering with delivery slots, your own delivery staff and a handover code, but the customer places each order rather than it repeating on its own.

What is the hard part of subscriptions?

Pauses and skips, and billing that reflects them. Getting a customer's week away credited correctly is what separates a real subscription product from a repeated order, and it is why this is being built rather than adapted.

When will it launch?

No committed date. The queue follows demand, which is what the button on this page records.

What will it cost?

Nothing upfront and a small percentage of tracked sales, with customers paying you through your own gateway.

How would this differ from Country Delight or Milkbasket?

Those run their own supply and their own brand at city scale. The planned app is the software for someone who already has a round — a dairy, a tiffin service, a bakery — and needs the standing order, the pause and skip, and the cycle billing to stop living in a diary. The customers stay yours; only the admin changes.

Other apps you can launch on 10mins

Something else can be live today

This one is still being built. Thirteen other apps on 10mins are not, and they launch in the same ten minutes.
